TERMS OF SERVICE

All KOVENANT releases operate as strictly limited archive drops. Garment inventory is allocated on a first-confirmed basis upon successful payment verification. Once a drop sells out, pieces enter the vault and are not guaranteed to restock.

Transactions are processed exclusively through secure channels: Lipa Na M-PESA Express (STK Push), Manual M-PESA Till verification (Till: 6937538), or Visa / Mastercard via Paystack. All prices are denominated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless specified. Orders are verified and dispatched once full settlement reflects in the archive ledger.

Nairobi CBD delivery orders are dispatched via dedicated rider couriers within 24 to 48 hours. Store pickups can be retrieved directly from Main HQ upon notification. Custom location and upcountry shipping requests require courier confirmation before deployment.

Garments are engineered to precise streetwear specifications and boxy silhouettes as detailed in our technical measurement charts. Due to the limited nature of our drops, exchanges are subject to remaining inventory availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

All garment designs, graphic prints, silhouettes, distressing treatments, logos, and visual assets are the exclusive intellectual property of KOVENANT. Reproduction, counterfeit replication, or unauthorized commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
